Company Accounts
What a company account is
A company account groups multiple people under one LandIQ CR record with its own seat limit, a monthly report cap (either pooled across everyone or set per seat), and a billing shape — prepaid (LandIQ CR tops you up when you pay) or subscription (your cap resets automatically each month). There's no self-serve signup for this yet — contact LandIQ CR and we set up the company record for you.
Getting started — invites
Every company gets a company admin, who signs in normally and is taken to the company dashboard. From there, the admin invites agents from Agents by generating a sharable link(/invite/...) for a specific email address.
- Each invite link is single-use and bound to the email it was created for.
- Links expire in 14 days — after that, the admin generates a new one.
- There's no automated invite email — the admin copies the link and sends it themselves (email, WhatsApp, whatever's convenient).
- The invited person opens the link, signs in with that same email (a magic-link code, no password), and accepts. Agents land in their normal workspace; someone invited as a company admin lands on /company instead.
The company dashboard (/company)
Four pages, all admin-only:
- Overview — usage against your caps, seats used, plan details, and recent report activity.
- Agents — the member list (deactivate or reactivate a seat), the invite tool above, and pending invites (copy the link again or revoke it).
- Reports — every report any of your agents generated, filterable by agent.
- Settings — branding (below).
Branding
On Settings, set a logo, brand color, display name, and contact details (address, phone, website). There's no file upload for the logo — paste a URL, or click "Import from your website" to auto-suggest a logo, color, and name from your site (nothing saves until you review it and click Save).
This branding — plus whichever agent actually generated the report's own contact card (set in their Account panel, see below) — prints on that report's PDF/print header. The on-screen report viewer looks the same for everyone; branding is a print-only touch. There's an optional "Powered by LandIQ CR" attribution line, off by default.
Agents
An invited agent's day-to-day is identical to any individual LandIQ CR user — same workspace, same search and report tools. The only differences:
- Reports they generate count against the company's plan, not a personal balance.
- Their Account panel (on /workspace) shows a "Part of [Company]" badge and, for pooled-cap companies, the remaining company-wide report allowance.
- The same Account panel has an editable contact card (name, phone, email, WhatsApp) — whatever's filled in there is what shows up on that agent's branded reports.
Billing
Billing is manual for now — there's no Stripe checkout for companies. LandIQ CR records each payment (SINPE Móvil, Bitcoin, cash, or bank transfer) against the company's account once it's received.
- Subscription companies get their usage cap reset automatically the first time anyone on the team uses the product after the cycle date — no manual step needed.
- Prepaid companies stay on their current cap until LandIQ CR tops them up after a payment.
Company admins don't see pricing or payment tools themselves — that side lives in the LandIQ CR admin.
What's not built yet
Being upfront about the gaps so nothing here is assumed to work that doesn't:
- No self-serve company signup — every company is provisioned by LandIQ CR directly.
- No automated invite emails — links are generated in the dashboard and shared manually.
- No logo file upload — a logo URL or a website import is the only way to set one.
- Stripe checkout isn't configured — all company billing is recorded manually by LandIQ CR.
